About Make Me Anonymous in Who’s Online

With an ezSupporter account you have the option of remaining anonymous at any community that has the Who’s Online feature enabled. Your user name will not show up in the list of users browsing the community.

Key Information

• After you turn on the anonymous feature, you will need to log out of your account and then back into it. This will reset your account settings.
• Your username will not show up – but it will be reflected in the number of anonymous users visiting the community.
• There is a 15 minute activity period in the Who's Online feature. So if you visit a board and are visible, then make yourself invisible, log out, log back in, and go back to that community. Your name may still be on the who's online box. This does not mean your invisibility is not working.

How to Make yourself Anonymous in Who’s Online

1. Login to your ezSupporter account. Under the My Account tab, click on the Account Preferences link.
2. Under the Browsing/Viewing column header you will find the Make me anonymous in Who’s Online box. Check it and click on the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.
3. Log out then log back in.
