Who's Online
When enabled, the Who’s Online feature tracks all users who visit your community. This feature will prove extremely handy if you or your members are interested in knowing who is active at your community at any given time. All registered users will show up in the Who’s Online box with links clickable to their public profile.
Key Information
- You can display Who’s Online above or below the message table.
- ezSupporters can choose to remain anonymous and unregistered users will show up as guests.
- Who's Online tracks users over a fifteen-minute period. This means that a person whos user name shows up may or may not still be online within that 15 minute interval.

How to turn on Who’s Online
- Log in to your Control Center and click the My Community tab and manage the correct community.
- Click on the Features Settings button and under the heading Who’s Online, check the box next to Enable Who’s Online.
- Select whether you would like Who’s Online to show above or below the message table and then click Save Changes when done.

- Click on the Custom Colors button and under the heading Feature Elements, select the color you want for the Who’s Online Box.
- Click Save Changes.
