How do I pay?
When purchasing ezSupporter, you have three direct payment options:

Important: Please make sure to include the level of desired membership, your user name, email address, and if you are a local user, the URL of the board where you registered.
I don't have a credit card, how can I pay to become an ezSupporter?
You have the option to mail us a check or money order. Go to the Community tab in your Control Center and click on the Direct Payment button. From the payment options select the Check or Money Order via MAIL US$ Funds Only and submit. Print the next page and mail it with your check or money order.
Can I get ezSupporter benefits without paying cash to ezboard?
Yes -- through the ezboard Metareward program! In the "ezSupporter" payment screen you now have another payment option called "Take Offer". If you select that option you'll be taken to a page where there'll be a number of great offers that when completed will reward you with an ezSupporter account.
Can I pay for an ezSupporter account for a year?
Yes. For $12 you can purchase ezSupporter for a year. ezSupporters receive price breaks when they purchase the package for 12 months.
How long does it take for my ezSupporter icon to appear?
When using a credit card or PayPal, your ezSupporter (and icon) will be activated instantly (except for eChecks through PayPal). Check or money order (via traditional mail) can take up to 15 business days and offers taken through the Metareward program usually take up to 7business days to be credited to your account.
How do I make my ezSupporter icon appear?
Log in to your Control Center and click on the edit profile button beneath the My Home Tab. Go to the heading, Show ezSupporter Icon and place a check in the box.
If I sign up as an ezSupporter, can I upgrade my level to a Gold Community?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. ezSupporter is a user-level subscription while Gold Community is a community-level subscription. You will need to pay full price for the Gold Community. Gold Community owners (ezOps) automatically get an ezSupporter.
What's the difference between the no-ads I receive from ezSupporter and Gold Community?
By becoming an ezSupporter, you will receive a PERSONAL no-ads account. This means that wherever you personally go on ezboard's site, you will not see any ezboard advertising. However, anyone who is NOT an ezSupporter will still see ads on your community (if you have one). If you have a community and are interested in making it ad-free for ALL users who access it, you'll need to sign up for our Gold Community.
If I own more than one user name, do I have to pay for ezSupporter for each one?
No. You can use the Master Account feature to share your ezSupporter status with 4 other usernames.
