Copy Topic Gold Community

The Copy Topic feature creates a duplicate copy of an existing topic in another forum. When a topic is copied to another forum all of the topic's content (replies) will be copied to the new forum. This is a Gold Community feature only.

Key Information

  • A copied topic is independent from the original topic (e.g. After a topic is copied to a new forum any posts made in the original topic will not be updated in the copied topic).
  • You can copy a topic using Topic Commands, or Bulk Topic Commands.
  • The original topic will retain all special features once it is moved (e.g. sticky, hot, featured), the copied topic won't.
