SupportCommunityNET clients receive multi-level customer support and personal attention:

  • Each client has a Client Service Manager who is responsible for organizing and deploying ezboard support resources.
  • ezboard staff provide a full array of infrastructure services as part of the base contract, including network operations, product releases and updates, account issues, backups and restorals, and bug tracking and resolution.
  • ezboard staff will also provide assistance in creating support forums for client staff to manage, and provide moderation assistance for the first 90 days of operation.
  • ezboard staff and moderators will provide direct forum support to client board administrators through a private forum on the client network
