Base Cost

Pricing for CommunityNET services is based on two components:

1. A Setup Fee that includes initial configuration of the system, unified registration and login, and other custom development required for launch. We will work with you to develop a specification, budget and timeline for successful completion of all work. Following development, our customer service team will monitor performance of your community and identify and appropriately escalate any problems with performance. The Setup fee is due half at contract execution, and half upon launch of the network.
2. A Monthly Service Fee of $0.95 per 1,000 page views, billed monthly based on documented utilization.

Custom Development

In addition, we offer custom development and training services at the following rates:

1. We will perform development work based on documented time spent against an agreed work plan, at an hourly rate of $100. Development fees would be billed at the completion of work. We will be happy to provide a written specification and estimate following consultation with your staff.
2. Training costs are based on documented time spent against an agreed upon work plan, at an hourly rate of $100. Training fees are billed at the completion of work. We will be happy to provide a written specification and estimate following consultation with your staff.

Community Chest Infrastructure

We are also pleased to offer our Community Chest user payment infrastructure to CommunityNET clients. If you should choose to implement Community Chest as a part of your network, there are two elements of compensation:

1. A development fee for any agreed scope of work to modify the Community Chest infrastructure (e.g., implementing new service packages).
2. A processing fee equal to 5% of collections from the network sites, plus actual transaction costs and fees associated with credit card payments. Alternatively, we would be glad to work with your staff to develop the infrastructure to allow you to manage the collections and account management processes. In that case, our fees would be equal to 5% of collections from the network sites.
